Patti, is an excellent realtor. My property had a a lot of challenges but she helped me through each one. At every step of the way she helped guide me through with good advice and good ethics. Buying property sight unseen could be very risky. We depended on Patti's judgement and providing us with the information necessary to make a purchase decision. After making a purchase sight unseen, and visiting the property after close of escrow, the description and her unbiased opinion was right on. There was no pushines or hard sell.
