Patti Kam is the most knowledgeable realtor on the Big Island of Hawaii, without a doubt! I have now purchased my third property with Patti's expert guidance, and am now looking for my fourth property with her help. On a personal note, she is patient, even when I call her at all hours of the day and night, she is prompt with her appointments, she knows which lenders can provide the services I need, she knows real estate law which helps me avoid problems and she willingly and graciously works day and night to help me accomplish my goals and objectives. Buying property sight unseen could be very risky. We depended on Patti's judgement and providing us with the information necessary to make a purchase decision. After making a purchase sight unseen, and visiting the property after close of escrow, the description and her unbiased opinion was right on. There was no pushines or hard sell. She responded to our requests questions in a timely manner. We would highly recommend Patti to anyone looking for an agent.
